Refund Policy

1. Lifetime licences

CookCutPro is sold as a one-time licence ($40 Starter Pro, $70 Creator Pro or $100 Premium) with monthly processing minutes included. There is no subscription and nothing recurring is ever charged to your card.

2. Eligibility window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the app could not deliver a rendered clip for you and our support team could not resolve the problem.

Because clips render on your own device and are yours to keep immediately, requests made after clips have been successfully exported are reviewed case by case.

3. What is not refundable

Purchases made more than 7 days ago, accounts suspended for abuse or fraud, and affiliate commission balances already withdrawn are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Open the support widget in the bottom-right corner, choose "Email Us", or write to CookCutPro@gmail.com with your account email and Paystack payment reference. We respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Paystack to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Your plan reverts to the free tier once the refund is issued.
