1. Using CookCutPro

CookCutPro is a browser-based editing tool. You must be at least 13 years old and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Your content

You keep full ownership of every video, audio file and caption you bring into CookCutPro. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your media so the app can produce your clips.

3. Acceptable use

Only upload or import media you own or have the rights to edit. Do not use CookCutPro for content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness.

4. AI processing

Transcription, face detection and hook scoring are automated and imperfect. Review every generated caption, crop and clip before publishing. CookCutPro is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI output.

5. Lifetime licence

The $35 lifetime plan is a one-time purchase tied to your account for as long as the service operates. Licences are personal and non-transferable, and are not resold or shared across teams.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to keep the service working. Material changes to these terms will be announced in-app before they take effect.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CookCutPro is not liable for lost footage, lost revenue or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
